With over 20 years in the IT industry Paul has a wealth of both technical and business experience gained from some of the most prestigious companies in the world.

Paul’s first role was with the Co-Operative Group working initially on the first roll out of electronic point of sale terminals to the company’s retail stores and latterly on the adoption of CASE based development methodologies and tooling based around Oracle and Information Engineering Facility (IEF) by James Martin Associates.

In 1994 Paul joined James Martin Associates, as part of a team of business development consultants for UK and Ireland for IEF and related tooling. This role continued through the acquisition by Texas Instruments Software, Sterling Software and ultimately CA (formally Computer Associates), following IEF through it’s reincarnation to the current CA Gen.

At CA Paul gained exposure to clients across the world and held senior technical management positions. His responsibilities included management of the EMEA Principal Architect and Solutions Management teams, Internal Employee Learning and development programs, global development of the mainframe services business and the development of the role of an architect. One of his roles included participation in the development and implementation of Architectural Methodology which brought consistency and quality of design for all CA based customer solutions.

Paul’s most recent position at CA was Vice President of Mainframe Solutions and Services owning the overall technical responsibilities for the mainframe product and services business for CA in EMEA.

Paul has responsibility for new business development of Jumar’s solutions and services portfolio, expanding Jumar’s direct customer and partner channel relationships to accelerate Jumar’s expansion internationally.
